POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is an intern level safety role responsible for gathering production equipment information and monitoring a variety of Health and Safety (H&S) programs throughout our Global network, specifically programs related to Machine Safety and Lockout / Tagout (LOTO). Specifically, gathering data to create a global inventory of production equipment and the status of machine guarding and LOTO instructions in support of our regional HSE staff and site-level personnel. Requires basic engineering knowledge and some ability to recognize potential safety risks related to electrical and mechanical systems, machinery and equipment.
