    POSITION SUMMARY

    Eagle Fire Inc. is launching a brand-new Sales Development team and is seeking motivated, curious, and innovative Sales Development Representatives to help build the function from the ground up. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing organization and play a critical role in shaping how Eagle Fire engages customers, identifies opportunities, and drives revenue.

    The Sales Development Representative will focus primarily on expanding and reactivating existing customer accounts by identifying inspection, service, and system upgrade opportunities. Depending on the size and complexity of each opportunity, the SDR will either close the business directly or coordinate a qualified handoff to Outside Sales with full context and documentation.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Proactively engage existing customers through outbound phone calls, emails, and follow-up activities

    • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover compliance requirements, service gaps, and system upgrade opportunities

    • Qualify opportunities based on scope, urgency, and access to decision-makers

    • Close eligible expansion opportunities or schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for Outside Sales

    • Prepare thorough and accurate handoff notes to ensure seamless transition of opportunities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Company’s CRM system

    • Follow up on no-shows, stalled opportunities, and disengaged customer accounts

    • Operate within established daily activity expectations and monthly performance goals

    • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve messaging, workflows, and overall team performance

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Prior sales experience required

    • Experience working with CRM systems

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple accounts or customer conversations simultaneously

    • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and performance-based environment

    • Professional phone presence and customer engagement skills

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Salesforce experience

    • Inbound and/or outbound calling experience

    • Inside sales or account-based sales experience

    • Background in customer-facing or service-oriented roles

    • Experience working within structured sales processes or sales enablement tools

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time

    • Ability to use a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
