POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for customer on-boarding. This includes but not limited to customer setup and configurations across all of our platform, customer approvals with our agent stations and regional managers, proper rate configurations, customer transitions, establishing a process for maintaining speed and accuracy, as well as educating current staff, agents, and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for understanding, reviewing and entry of on-boarding requests
Assist with customization needed for service with the highest possible yield
Provide operational support and monitor the execution of on-boarding requests
Assist senior on-boarding personnel in set up of new accounts as well as maintenance and revisions to existing in a timely fashion
Interpret agent/customer issues and assist with resolution according to established guidelines
Maintain customer records by updating as needed.
Interact with and effectively update customers regarding the latest status and current onboarding actions
Able to communicate effectively with various parties via email and telephone in a professional manner.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods / tools
Manage competing resources and priorities.
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform position functions
Monitor assignments and complete all required set-ups in a timely manner.
Must demonstrate professional behaviors at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
1-3 years experience in a System Configurations, Customer Service, Operations or Sales role(s).
Transportation experience, including LTL distribution, required. Computer skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office software, MercuryGate, WorldTrak, Variours TMS Platforms a plus.
Requires excellent customer service skills including strong verbal and written communication.
Demonstrate ability to deliver results with minimum supervision.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
Excellent problem identification and solving skills required. Knowledge of distribution concepts, practices and procedures a must.
Required Experience
