    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Saratech is seeking a Part Time Customer Care Representative to join our growing team in our Mission Viejo, CA office. The Customer Care Representative will work closely with the Customer Care Manager to execute activities to support our sales and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will understand basic marketing principles and be willing to learn new concepts and software to perform their duties.     Essential Functions:

    The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of the Customer Relationship Representative:

    • Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments between Saratech.
    • Assigning cases to Engineers and enforcing prompt response times.
    • Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
    • Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
    • Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster a relationship.
    • Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
    • Gather Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
