ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Saratech is seeking an Design Engineer for our Engineering Services Division. This is a full-time position located at our corporate headquarters in Mission Viejo, CA. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications, experience, and abilities:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of customer relationship management tools, Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
• Ensure projects are completed according to project plans.
• Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented.
• Work with Project Manager to ensure good decisions for Saratech and projects.
• Assists PM in completing projects.
• Provide advanced technical support to customer service and field sales.
• Develop and maintain engineering design programs
• Provide real-time, customer feedback information.
• Translating client requirements into practical terms that can be implemented by a team
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prioritizing and organizing project tasks into the required timeline.
• Ensuring the project meets its deadlines at each stage.
• Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

• Responsible, responsive, and accountable for tasks
