ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Saratech is a small business headquartered in Mission Viejo, California, providing engineering solutions for a wide customer base including major OEMs and Tier 1 companies. Our engineering staff is comprised of over two dozen engineers supported by a dedicated Project Management team to ensure project quality and success.  Strict focus on project requirements and quality assurance has enabled Saratech to successfully deliver on engineering projects across a wide spectrum of industries including Automotive, Aerospace, and Medical.  Saratech is supporting the implementation, adoption, and growth of the Siemens Simcenter portfolio for strategic customers. The Simcenter portfolio includes Amesim, the integrated, scalable system simulation platform allowing users to virtually assess and optimize the performance of mechatronic systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

Saratech is seeking an engineer experienced in Amesim or related products such as MATLAB/Simulink to work with customers on:

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid background in linear systems analysis, stability, and controller design

• Experience, understanding, and intuition of mechanical, thermal, and/or fluid systems

• Experience with Amesim, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar design and simulation tools for modeling, designing, and testing systems

• Minimum two (2) years of professional engineering experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Aerospace

• Strong communication and preference for working in teams
