The IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) System VerificationIntern will be responsible for performing entry-level IV&V activitiesassociated with a complex IIoT system. Schneider Electric seeks anElectrical Engineering/Computer Engineering intern to help integrate, verifyand validate Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) connected devices andsystems. In this internship position, you will work with the IV&V team,which supports the global engineering organization on new system development. PRIMARYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Reviewing design documents * Writing test cases * Updating or creating automated test scripts * Executing test cases * Defect management activities * Collaborating with design and development This job might be for you if: * Exposure to scripting and/or programming languages (National Instruments is a plus) * Strong problem-solving skills to enable troubleshooting * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Detail-oriented and well-organized * Actively pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or similar programs * Interest in first-hand experience in product and system development ** ** We seekout and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effectiveand challenging the status quo.
