AdvancedTechnical Support Center Specialist (Ashburn, VA): S/he is responsible forachieving expert level in support of at least two product groups andfamiliarity and general back-up capability in supporting all other products.S/he achieves familiarity and working knowledge of applications in supportedproducts. S/he executes independent field troubleshooting services to customersin assigned product groups. S/he conducts independent customer training onassigned products in the factory and in the field and assists others in theexecution of training on other products for customers in the field. Thisposition requires an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering andMechanical Engineering or related and two years of work experience in technicalproduction, repair, or product support. This position also requires one year ofwork experience with: PID controllers, indicator, and alarm units 2100, 2200,2400, 3500, 2604, 2704 and NanoDac controllers; Recorders and data managementincluding paperless recorders: 6XXXA, AeroDAQ, E-series, VersaDac and Chartpaper recorders: 4XXX and 392; Machine Control including ProgrammableAutomation Controller (PAC) system solutions for hybrid DCS industries: T2750,T2550, and E+PLC; Power switches and power controllers including Solid StateRelays (SSR), single phase, and multi-phase switches: EPack, ESwitch, and EFit;and I/O signal conditioning, probes, thermo-sensors, and actuators.
