You will be working with a great group of IT Network Engineers; responding to trouble tickets for network and computer servers, desktops, laptops, smartphones, software applications & mobile employees; managing Active Directory organizations and object creation; helping to build, deploy and maintain new computer server / desktop / laptop hardware (physical, virtual, deployment, exchange, etc.); some occasional after-hours and on-call work. What Experience You'll Need to Have: Solid Microsoft Server networking configuration and troubleshooting skills; local and remote servers and desktop machines, routers, switches, firewalls, VOIP; proficiency in Microsoft Server 2012 & 2016, MS Office 2016 support and troubleshooting; good documentation and communication skills; experience in supporting computer network systems in a Windows domain environment. What Education You'll Need to Have: A 2-year degree in CIS, CNET or related area of study; or equivalent experience. What Experience Would be Beneficial: 5-10 years of verifiable on the job experience, alert monitoring; A+ certification, computer server networks and Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
