A Day in the Life of an Operations Manager:
Customer Service
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
Request and respond to customer feedback and reviews
Keep customers informed of the status of their jobs
Operations
Determine daily schedule (pickups and deliveries)
Coordinate with office staff to meet all production deadlines
Fleet management
Administrative
Coordinate with office staff to maintain supply inventory, and purchase supplies
Handle facility issues, as needed, and keep the facility neat and orderly
Manage employee training requirements and schedules
Provide employee coaching and team building efforts
What We are Looking for in You:
Previous employee management experience
Ability to manage all aspects of multiple project types
Professional, neat, and clean appearance that represents the Prism Specialties brand
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
Solid multi-tasking ability, prioritizing skills, and attention to details
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
