We are seeking motivated, results-oriented MBA students to join our team for the summer of 2022. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.

As a Services Strategy intern, you will gain experience that includes but is not limited to the activities and tasks listed below:

• Conducting market research and preparing competitive benchmarking information that leads to actionable insights in the Services and Aftermarket Parts (S&AM) space across the Refrigeration business, which include 3 areas:

  • aftermarket parts

  • field service

  • connected equipment/ IOT digital solutions

• Conducting voice of customer studies to build customer profiles and obtain market insights in S&AM

• Identifying growth opportunities and developing new product development pipeline in the 3 areas of focus

• Developing strategies for developing the "Services of the Future", including digital platforms, analytics, Augmented Reality (AR) driven field service and services lifecycle management

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident

• COVID-19 vaccines will be required for all newly hired Carrier U.S. Salaried employees

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Self-driven and proactive

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects

EDUCATION

• Must be currently pursuing an MBA / Master's degree program, concentrating in General business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field of study

• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA

• Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred
