    We’re seeking positive, motivated individuals who embody our Core Values of Consistency, Adaptability, Reliability, and Teamwork (CART) to join our Shipping and Receiving Team. This role supports daily operations by preparing, loading, and unloading delivery trucks for our Delivery Service Representatives (DSRs), ensures accurate outbound product staging, and thoroughly counts and verifies returned items. This position is key to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth coordination between our Transportation and Warehouse Operations teams.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Shipping (Outbound)

    Stage and prepare rental products for outgoing routes.

    Load trucks safely, securely, and in accordance with loadout standards and route requirements.

    Communicate with leadership regarding load needs, product questions, and special instructions.

    Receiving (Inbound)

    Unload trucks as DSRs return from routes.

    Sort, separate, and deliver returned items to the appropriate departments.

    Count and verify returned product against route sheets to identify missing or damaged items.

    Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damages to leadership.

    Warehouse Support

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the dock area.

    Assist with warehouse organization, inventory movement, and special projects as needed.

    Foster a collaborative, adaptable, and communicative team environment.

    Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Work Conditions:

    Work is performed in a clean warehouse setting, in which some areas may not be heated or air-conditioned.

    Safety is a priority – proper safety equipment and training is provided.

    Expect physical demands including bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

    Regularly and repeatedly lift/move up to 50 lbs., frequently up to 100 lbs., and occasionally more than 100 lbs., often with team assistance and equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks.

    Schedule and Pay:

    Pay: $16 – $19 per hour based on experience.

    Days: Monday – Friday

    Shift Start Time: Varies depending on business needs, but primarily between Noon-2:00pm.

    Shift End Time: Until completion.

    Evening, early morning, or weekend shifts may be required depending on route times and business needs.

    Qualifications

    Must be at least 18 years of age.

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

    Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is required.

    Strong attention to detail, especially when counting and verifying product.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across multiple departments.

    Strong basic math skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index.
