    HR Representative Job Locations US-VA-Rocky Mount Job ID 2018-3190 # Positions 1 Overview Support the Human Resources Manager at our windows manufacturing facility in Rocky Mount, VA through assisting supervisors and managers by being an on-site presence. Help assist with HR and administrative issues. Ensures accurate and timely completion of Human Resources related processes such as payroll and ADP Vantage entry while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Leads positive associate relation efforts for the facility. Processes payroll for facility. Utilizes Kronos timekeeping system and works closely with Corporate payroll department. Actively engages with managers on key objectives to support the facility and business. May assist in coaching, mentoring, and training to managers and leaders to develop competencies and leadership capabilities. Helps with policy interpretation. May help lead resolution of associate relations issues. Ensures timely and accurate data entry ensuring data integrity through audits. Support continuous initiatives. Documents current processes and procedures and leads the effort to maintain and create processes that support the business and department. Provides leadership and partnership to team projects as required. Coordinates and executes new associate orientation ensuring all documents are distributed, signed and returned. Assists in hiring and selection of talent for manufacturing facility. Maintains accurate associate records. Prepares reports and required reporting metrics. May perform other duties as assigned Qualifications A successful HR Representative will have: Prefer Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. Prefer 2 years experience in Human Resources preferably in a manufacturing environment. Functional and technical working knowledge of Ultipro, Kronos or related HRIS software. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and oral communication skills with the demonstrated ability to represent information one on one or to a group. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Detailed oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Project management skills and an active role in problem resolution. Flexible and able to meet the changing demands of the business. Why work for us?
