    The FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER, located in Valls, will be the responsible for supporting timely reporting coordination and all financial data consolidation for E-Systems Europe & Africa Division. Providing proper analysis on deviations against forecasts/budget or any other information required by internal/external customers. Identifying and communicate efficiently/effectively business issues, with main focus on P&L, cash flow and restructuring actions. Working with the different locations and business Units to improve standardization, completeness and accuracy of the information reported. Developing talent and contribute to maintain Lear as “Employer of Choice”.  

     

    YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

    • Coordinate efficiently all the different reporting processes on time and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Reporting system (HFM) administrator
    • Consolidation and completion of financial reporting packages for E-systems Europe & Africa
    • Providing guidance to +30 locations on reporting due dates, templates and consistency of data
    • Leads Free Cash Flow forecast assessment for E-systems Europe & Africa
    • Reporting on time and accurately Restructuring actions
    • Presentations to European and US management on financial planning for E-systems Europe & Africa
    • Other Ad hoc financial analysis for management
    • Contribute to enhance Lear as Employer of Choice by improving working environment and promoting team building

    Required Skills

    • Finance or Business Administration degree
    • Excellent communication skills, both English and Spanish
    • Ambitious, potential and willingness to develop internally on the long term

    • Strong systems skills (ERP), HFM, complex excel, data base management…

    Required Experience

    • 10 years’ experience in finance related roles with increased responsibility
    • Proven success track record with roles of increased responsibility

    • Finance or Business Administration degree
