Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a qualified forklift operator
• Must be able to work alone and keep up with quota on slueters per shift
• Must be able to store the finished slueters
• Must be able to recognize and correct some of the operational issues
• Must be willing to fill in other locations in the WHS department when needed
• Must be able to safely and efficiently clean machines and area
• Be able to operate and troubleshoot machine functions
• Must be able to clear jams when needed
• Basic math to keep up with the quota
• Willingness to be cross-trained
• Being actively involved with implementing improvement changes as a member ofTeam Nashville and a strong advocate of WCM
• Display a strong sense of focus and direction
• Be willing to help cover vacations
• Perform Lock Out-Tag Out, as required
• Team Participation in WCM events/activities
• Be willing to do IAR’S by facilitating and participating
