As an A/R SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE you will assist with many of the back end functions related to the customer service department. Must be proficient in FACS and posess the ability to master a variety of hospital systems. You must be available to work Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Assist in the verification of both bankrupt and deceased accounts
• Complete financial research on accounts for missing or misapplied payments
• Review patient accounts for financial disputed and balance discrepancies
• Assist with correspondence related functions

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare business office environment
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Excellent computer and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to identify an issue, examine options, and provide an effective solution
• High school diploma or equivalent
