Robotics Account Representative - Oklahoma City, OK Smith & Nephew 421 reviews - Oklahoma City, OK SUMMARY The Smith & Nephew Robotics Account Representative is a position focused on Navio robotics case utilization, Navio robotics clinical training, and robotic program launch. The Robotics Account Representative serves as their assigned Navio accounts robotics expert and provides initial case coverage, account support through a surgeon and their facilitys learning curve, increase Navio case volumes. The RAR will be called upon to manage assigned accounts and responsible to increase Navio case volumes via adding additional surgeons, marketing initiatives, and Navio pre-sale activity. Primary Responsibilities * Train surgeons and hospital staff on the correct use of Navio technology * Work directly with Region Managers and recon sales reps to drive robotic case utilization and provide account management for Navio programs * Work closely with recon sales team and capital sales team in assigned territory to provide pre- sale clinical validation as needed * Communicate and collaborate with recon and capitol sales teams to implement new Navio accounts * Drive Navio sales and increase robotic case volumes in existing Navio accounts via surgeon cold-calls, patient seminars, marketing efforts * Provide training to new Navio surgeon users in current Navio accounts * Launch and implement new robotics applications and platforms in existing and new SNN robotics accounts * Train new robotics team hires MBOs * Hit or exceed 100% Navio case utilization quota * Add new surgeons to existing Navio accounts (minimum of 5 robotic cases) * Pre-sale activity (sawbones, labs, etc) leading to 100% of sales quota * Stays up to date and compliant with corporate training requirements The qualified candidate will have the following background and experience: * BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience * Requires a minimum (2) two years B2B sales experience in a technical sales position or sales experience in the medical device industry. Preferably experience selling Orthopedic products * Experience in the healthcare industry preferred * Requires ability to meet travel demands and work within a fast paced, high growth, dynamic environment.
