    Job Description

    You’ll love it because you will…

    • Assist in the day-to-day posting and scheduling of all social media activity by utilizing via Dash Hudson platform and monitor conversations by directly engaging with fans to gather insights.
    • Actively streamline community management by engaging with fans on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and X. This includes responding to post comments, interacting with tagged influencer photos, and responding to DMs. This role will work in conjunction with our CX Team to ensure full social coverage is met.
    • Actively contribute to pitching and executing short-form TikTok content based on trends and product launch needs.
    • Assist in the organic gifting process from research stage to execution, including outreach, product selection, fulfilling gratis requests, tracking posts and following up with creators.
    • Actively researches and pitches new influencers to gift product to during new-launch campaigns and on-going initiatives.
    • Organize and distribute brand social content to adjacent teams that can be used for paid initiatives, site, email and sms needs. This also includes uploading content to Sharepoint and managing expiration dates.
    • Collaborates with Social Media Specialist and graphic designer for brand-led content to support integrated marketing calendar moments and site promotions.
    • Create monthly launch linesheets to distribute across team and external partners for product focuses and selection processes.
    • Manage the creation and ongoing updates of weekly and monthly ad hoc reports, including competitive analysis, monthly summaries, and social insights, in collaboration with the Social Media Strategist.
    • Completes admin tasks, including managing invoices, submitting gratis forms and organizing product closet.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We require…

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR/Communications or Journalism Major
    • 1-2 years of professional experience in social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest. Internships included!
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint (not required, but preferred!)
    • Ability to coordinate and to have direct responsibility over a specific set of tasks related to Community Management.
    • Experience working with analytics and scheduling platforms, such as Dash Hudson
    • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a pulse on ever-changing social trends and pop culture
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines and flexibility to handle various tasks
    • Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects each quarter
    • Maintain a collaborative spirit working with cross-functional teams on a daily basis
