• Follow all departmental work instructions or MP sheets as identified
• Assemble boxes and inserts for packing
• Perform product assembly steps as required
• Visually inspect the product prior to packing
• Perform quality audits as required according to instructions
• Apply serial number labels and maintain the serial number log and/or communicate actual production quantities to materials department
• Ensure that the product is clean and all parts / manuals are present
• Pack the product
• Move product to staging area / cart as required
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
• Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
• Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Required skills: email, Excel, Word, Google docs, strong written and verbal communication, and knowledge of general warehouse product flow. Ability to effectively communicate with a sense of urgency and accuracy. 

• Skill in reading specifications and identifying the correct parts for shipping/receiving/fulfilling customer orders. 

• Excellent knowledge of routine and non-routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment, and basic warehouse procedures. 

• Knowledge of shipping documents and ability to identify shipping requirements and procedures for specific items using manual or automated processes.  

• Ability to complete manual and computerized forms and shipping documents regarding stock description, units of issue, weight, quantity, and labeling requirements outgoing materials and equipment. 

• Requires basic arithmetic and standard business systems familiarity
