ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Follow all departmental work instructions or MP sheets as identified
• Comply with all company processes and procedures
• Knowledge of all line operations and sub-assembly stations in department
• Adjust machine settings to specification when needed
• Operate each machine, including complying with production, safety and quality requirements.
• Be flexible in willingness to cross train in various functions throughout the organization as needed.
• Maintain department housekeeping and safety standards
• Proactively identify issues and problems and notify proper personnel as needed.
• Follow set production schedule; be self-directed in taking logical steps to ensure customers’ needs are met.
• Fully support any assignment as directed by team leader and/or supervisor.
• Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
• Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Strategic thinker with direct experience managing to a budget. Studio management experience a plus.
• Knowledge of business planning

    • Proficiency in Mac OS platform
