• Maintains proper operations of Paint Line (guns, filters.etc)
• Set ups, operates, inspects and calibrates various tests as required
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
• Performs predictive/preventative maintenance as necessary
• Maintains an organized and clean working environment
• Cleans all fixtures used on paint line by burning, steam or mechanical as needed
• Provides direction to the appropriate department for repair or replacement of paint line fixtures
• Monitors and maintains charts and graphs as required
• Assists in developing new processes and fixtures as required
• Maintains spacing and developed takt time (line speed) requirements for paint line
• Maintains wash tank system, water levels, and P.H. levels
• Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
• Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

• Must be dependable and able to work overtime when needed
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends, as needed
• Ability to work in a team environment efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be able to work standing entire shift
• Must be able to lift 35lb. cartons
• Ability to use pallet jack (will train)

SHIFT HOURS: 2PM - 10PM M-F
