We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college student to join our team for the summer of 2023. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience, and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.

As a DevOps intern, you will gain experience to include, but not limited to, the following activities and tasks:

• Working with other DevOps Engineers to implement and maintain scalable, reliable, performant, and efficient software delivery systems.

• Helping the team to continuously improve our operating processes.

• Ensuring we run a cost-effective service, and monitoring and making changes to hit spending targets.

• Implementing DevOps solutions based on the goals and requirements set forth by leadership.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.

• Team player with a positive, collaborative work ethic. Enjoys collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams.

• Passionate about cloud-native technologies.

• A proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Excellent communication skills.

• Relevant internships or co-op experiences within Information Technology or Engineering functions.

• Digitally savvy with an interest in cutting-edge digital trends.

EDUCATION

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field .

• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0.

• Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred.

• Flexibility and mobility to be located in either West Palm Beach, Florida, or Atlanta, GA locations.

• COVID-19 vaccines will be required for all newly hired Carrier U.S. Salaried employees.

• Applicant must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
