This position involves direct customer interaction and will be responsible for testing new software to find flaws before it is released for public sale.

This person will also provide assistance to customers in regards to implementation, training and daily support of the software. Must possess customer service, marketing experience and people skills.

About 25% travel required.

Database knowledge:

• FoxPro and/or SQL

Basic programming:: desired knowledge in any of the following:

• Java
• FoxPro
• Visual Basic
• ASP.net
