    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The National Sales Manager is responsible for selling our product Foopak Bio Natura along with other grades in this segment in the USA market. The company is investing in Food Packaging and increasing our capacity of the product that is already commercializing the world. This person will need to have a good understanding of the food packaging business and build relationships with brand and food chains. This role will be able to grow and build their own team as capacity will keep on increasing.

     

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    ·         Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy including the overall basic tenets, sales force structure, sales and cost budgets, channel strategy, market segmentation, new product pipeline and territory management.

    ·         On an on-going basis, develop sales performance review criteria, directing and motivating, as needed, to maintain optimal performance and morale. Ensure the ongoing growth and stability of key talent within the organization.  Develop sales team expansion plans

    ·         Drive the Foopak Bio Natura Brand with clear brand identification and creating compelling value story for distribution based on matching benefits with their needs. Drive overall sales results by selectively using private label to penetrate geographic or channel winners

    ·         Follow order taking , fulfill machine per allocation

    ·         Develop, maintain, and expand customer relationships; attend key customer meetings; participate in customer reviews and negotiations; penetrate new market channels.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience Background:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field
    • 10+ years of experience in Business sales and sales management (preferably in the food packaging business)
