Job Description
High attention to detail is a must for this position. Responsible for processing and/or utilizing all paperwork associated with print jobs, imaging jobs – load flags, skid tickets, ledgers, run sheets, tray tags, stats and schedules. Attend production meetings and communicate necessary information between Production planning, Bindery, Warehouse, Logistics, Data Team and Pressroom. Responsible for monitoring packaging needs and ordering required mail & office supplies. Ensure proper packaging procedures, follow through and investigate missed shipments, lost skids, damaged product and incorrectly packaged materials. Track and coordinate all inventory and planned shipments. Work closely with team leads, bindery operators and site leadership to manage materials ensuring continuous production of finished products. Assist production with machine market priority. Perform complete physical inventories of mail materials as required weekly. Collaborate with the Client Services Department to ensure successful execution of programs. Notify appropriate personnel if there are major variances of client copy. Complete paperwork as required to ensure proper loads are being placed on proper trucks heading to their destinations. Ability to understand operation flow of VDP mailing equipment processing. Strong understanding of computer related software of mailing equipment, Microsoft office products with extensive Excel skills is a must. Word mail merge skills is a must. Strong verbal & written communication skills to interact with the data team and directly with CPC and Data teams for weekly promotions. Strong organizational and housekeeping skills required for accurately tracking multiple programs. Prepare appropriate reports as directed by leadership. Observe all safety rules/regulations and report all unsafe conditions to bindery leadership.

RRD's current salary range for this role is $23.60 to $28.70/hour. The salary range may be adjusted
based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the
future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and
compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency,
performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation
package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD’s benefit
