OPPORTUNITY: The Randleman, NC converting facility is seeking a qualified Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This position supports non-union plants in Randleman, NC, and Pineville, NC with 150 hourly employees and 20 salaried employees. HR COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator provides Human Resource and payroll support for the day-to-day operations for the Randleman and Pineville locations while working closely with the HR Manager. This position reviews data and supplies reports based on this information to ensure proper HR administration and payroll processing. This position will also assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to support the department and plant goals and objectives. Primarily supports the HR Manager on a variety of duties, as assigned, including but not limited to the below.

REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
At least one year of payroll experience
Prior Human Resource experience
Experience in recruitment of hourly or salaried positions
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to cover off shifts when needed
Knowledge of HRIS flow
Preferably SAP
