    Job Description

    About the role

    The Associate, Account Manager at Spanx will have prior experience with EDI and order management and will support our domestic wholesale retail accounts. As a member of the Sales team, you will play an integral role in further achieving, maintaining, and surpassing the hyper-growth journey that is Spanx.

    This role is a hybrid position with in-office work, based in our Atlanta headquarters, and reports into our Account Manager, National Accounts. ****

    • Provide daily support for domestic wholesale retail accounts (department store world)
    • Support an Account Manager in managing business basics
    • Be responsible for forecasting monthly shipping projections for major accounts
    • Monitor account base selling, track weekly and door selling, seasonal turn, and margin
    • Analyze business trends and product opportunities for overall business
    • Own all accounts MKD’s, credit issues, mis-ships, and any RTV process
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining all department logs- Shipping, Cancellations, Discounts, etc.
    • Communicate and collaborate with warehouse on all shipping for the buying teams
    • Manage EDI process
    • Build and monitor monthly OTB’s by account identifying opportunity and risk
    • Organize & run monthly conference calls with accounts
    • Hold seasonal market appointments overseeing the prep, appointment, and order process start to finish
    • Support Advertising opportunities by cross functionally partnering with Creative & Sample teams
    • Be responsible for quarterly store visits
    • Assist in management of merchandise directives and trainings
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We require…

    • 2-3 years’ experience in Sales or Account Management
    • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business or Fashion Merchandising)
    • Demonstrated understanding of in-store business and how to analyze the business through retail math
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
    • Ability to take risks, champion ideas, and grow independently and professionally
    • Strong organizational skills with the capability to balance competing priorities
    • Ability to leverage relationships within the organization to meet deliverables
    • Ability to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organization
    • Acknowledge, value, and implement forward-thinking practices
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
