    About the Role
    Spanx is searching for a dynamic, motivated Customer Experience Associate to help our organization achieve long-term sustainable growth. In this role, you’ll support our efforts to continually disrupt our industry while driving strategy, solutions and consistency throughout the organization. We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who can analyze customer contact data, provide key insights and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate for this role is a resourceful self-starter with a passion for data analysis, research, and customer insights.

    A successful Associate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, a problem solver and a team player, with a burning desire to contribute. We want your passion, your problem-solving skills – and your point-of-view.

    This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters and reports into the Senior Analytics & Operations Manager, Customer Experience.

    You’ll love it because you will...

    • Work with the Customer Experience team to help elevate the Spanx brand and build engagement with our customers
    • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and identify opportunities. Provide actionable recommendations to improve the customer experience
    • Dive into the details of customer experience reports and data to mine out significant opportunities.
    • Employ tools such as BI, Tableau, speech analysis, text analysis, or other advanced analytic tools to glean insight and design CX reporting.
    • Interact with other departments across Spanx to gain additional product and/or technical knowledge as necessary
    • Build meaningful connections with customers, increasing their engagement with and passion for the Spanx brand
    • Use the power of customer feedback to drive meaningful improvements across the Spanx business
    • Be a passionate advocate for the Spanx brand, and most importantly our customers’ needs
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We require…

    • Bachelor’s degree in related function or comparable professional experience
    • 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused role preferably in social media, customer experience, eCommerce, fashion/retail, customer/market research
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate with compassion and empathy, effectively putting yourself “in the customer’s shoes.”
    • You are data-driven, able to analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines and flexibility to handle various tasks
    • Creative and strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth, and solutions to help achieve goals
