    Job Description

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Paid Media Coordinator is a proactive, highly motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing and performance advertising.   

    The Paid Media Coordinator at Spanx supports the Paid Search and Paid Social channels with a focus on launching new paid ads, tracking ad performance weekly/monthly, presenting new ideas for channel growth, and partnering cross functionally to test into new platforms. As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you will play an integral role in further achieving, maintaining, and surpassing the hyper-growth journey that is Spanx.

    This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters and reports into our Paid Media Manager.  

      

    YOU’LL LOVE IT BECAUSE YOU WILL…

    • Work with Paid Media teammates to implement performance marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
    • Coordinate the execution of paid campaigns with platform and agency partners
    • Prepare and present learnings to Growth Marketing and Digital leadership on a weekly and monthly cadence
    • Advise on shifts in program audiences, channels, tactics, and media partners based on performance data
    • Partner with CX team and Creative team to make ad recommendations based on customer data
    • Assist in launching paid advertising on new social platforms
    • Recommend creative tests based on competitive landscape research
    • Work cross functionally with influencer, affiliate, and retention teammates to support a best-in-class Growth Marketing Team
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    WE REQUIRE…

    • 1-2 years of experience in Paid Media
    • Ability to coordinate and to have direct responsibility over a specific set of tasks related to Paid Search and Paid Social
    • Demonstrated knowledge in Paid Media
    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and build relationships across teams
    • Self-motivation, organization, and initiative to support team and companywide priorities
    • A creative and strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and provide solutions
    • Acknowledgement of curiosity and collaboration within the workplace
    • A desire to learn, contribute, and evolve on all levels
