ABOUT THE ROLE
The International Account Manager operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to international distributors. Through relationship building and partnership with Spanx’s global distributors (across 30 countries), this role serves as the internal subject matter expert on international markets. The International Account Manager leads distributors in strategic brand, category and assortment knowledge and planning to enhance brand presence and uphold brand standards and operational excellence around the world.
This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters and reports to our Director, International.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting distributor relationships, using dynamic presentation skills and strong business acumen
- Partner with cross-functional teams including merchandising, planning, marketing, accounting, and operations to ensure account needs and requests are being met
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Creatively and optimistically partner on opportunities and challenges from international territories: ranging from product, timing, financial, marketing and sales with the end goal of strengthening relationships, growing the business, and enhancing brand presence internationally
- Serve as the subject matter expert for international accounts and competitive landscape in each territory
- Identify opportunities for growth in current and new categories and collaborate with internal stakeholders/decision-makers to ensure long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with the international team as well as domestic counterparts to understand best practices and drive brand standards and operational excellence among international accounts
- Actively participate in NY and/or London market week (approximately 2 per year) by leading seasonal meetings and follow up business discussions with key territory distributors
- Develop presentation materials including detailed sales analysis, business recaps, strategies, ideal seasonal product assortments to maximize sales productivity, product and marketing trends, and potential white space opportunities
- Review weekly orders by customer v. monthly forecasts, working with distributors and planning partners to manage inventory risk and opportunity
- Develop seasonal marketing plans with customers and partner internally to execute
- Lead distributors in upholding brand presence and visual standards in stores and online, supporting with seasonal and annual marketing and training assets and ensuring execution
