We deliver groundbreaking products of exceptional value and top-notch quality to consumers with our well-recognized brands including Spectracide®, Hot Shot®, Cutter®, Repel®, Black Flag®, Garden Safe®, EcoLogic® and Liquid Fence®. -Job Summary The Customer Account Representative processes Home & Garden product orders, handles all e-mail and phone communications, and rebate administration for customers in multiple channels of distribution. This role collaborates in a team environment with groups including: Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, and Credit. This role specializes in problem resolutions that quickly identify delayed orders and facilitates resolution. -Primary Duties & Responsibilities -Manage a high volume of inbound EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) orders for quality and timeliness -Enter customer orders and returns promptly and with precision -Execute order changes in a quality and timely manner, understanding the customers requirements -Identify and resolve delayed orders that are due to product availability, SAP order holds and SAP table setup or maintenance issues -Answer, respond, and resolve all inbound customer inquiries and issues including phone calls, emails and faxes -Build and maintain key relationships and a foster unified team environment with sales, brokers, customers, business analysts, customer care organization, supply chain, finance, and credit teams across multiple shipping and contact locations -Utilize SAP to provide maximize efficiency and automation of fulfillment processes, including: table set-up, data analysis, and customer compliance requirements -Comply with all Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements and processes -Ensure plan objectives are met on customer compliance, service level and resolution of complaints, including achieving quality, quantity and accuracy metrics -Other duties as assigned -Education and Experience Profile -Associates degree in Business or related field required. Bachelors degree preferred -Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a business/office environment with focus on customer satisfaction and order fulfillment. 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree will be accepted -Order Management experience preferred -Consumer product experience a plus -Supply chain experience a plus -SAP experience a plus -Required Skills -Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). -Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
