Our industry-leading brands include Tetra®, Instant Ocean®, Marineland®, 8-in-1®, Dingo®, FURminator®, Natures Miracle®, GloFish®, DreamBone® and SmartBones®. -Job Summary Provide assistance to the PHG Marketing team and Business Director with day-to-day reporting, and support on various product, marketing and sales projects. Some administrative support required. -Primary Duties & Responsibilities -Support with Maintenance of Vendor Masters, Price Lists, Credit Notes, Discount Grid, BI Forms, Check Book -Work Closely with Marketing and New Product Development Departments: - Work with Latam regions in the development of new items. - Integration of Latam, St Louis and vendors to handle development. - Support the creation of product specs & artworks with vendors & Creative Services. - Follow up with Supply Chain and vendors to determine status of all projects. -Work with Regulatory Department to support regions request -Create sku codes, and provide all tech data to Supply Chain to create product in SAP system. -Create sell sheets, product knowledge materials and other material for Sales teams. -Maintain frequent contact with Latam marketing team and provide assistance in terms of product information, project status, etc. -Manage product samples for internal needs and retail sales force. -Assist in the development of presentations. -Process marketing invoices and track marketing expenses. -Assist with administrative duties such as purchasing competitive samples, making copies, shipping requests, meeting set-up, etc. -Education and Experience Profile -Actively completing BS/BA in Business with minimum three years completed -1 year marketing/sales experience preferred -Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish, both oral and written communications -Marketing & Sales related job experience preferred -Required Skills -Strong communication and written skills. -Strong analytical abilities. -Ability to organize and manage multiple projects. -Ability to work well in a team setting. -Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required. -Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
