  • Responsibilities

    Responsible for the support of applications/systems/database and third party software programs.  Deploys the release of re-designed modules, upgrades and new technologies as well as install, configure, and maintain supported software.  Analyze design and functional specifications.  Ensure that deployments will successfully migrate in to production without faults.  Resolve issues regarding operations, including installations, setups, error messages, on-line transactions, system status and downtime procedures, etc. Ensure end user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolving problems. This position is part of the product deployment team and is responsible for the Go Live phase of the project. This is including but not limited to presenting/deploying new features and updates, serving as the liaison between the business, customer and development, gathering requirements for enhancements, as well writing technical designs.

    _Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from manager/supervisor about the work that needs to be completed.  Able to exercise high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks. _

    • Conducting on/offsite demos/trainings with the end user. Travel as needed for the role, 30%

    • Document and create system process work flows.

    • Create instructional videos and walkthroughs necessary aspects of the business.

    • Create end user training documentation and support materials

    • Support project go live (Tier 1 support)

    • Assist all departments using direct contact and other media for instructing and training personnel to meet departmental as well as company objectives.

    • Assist manager in facilitating resolution of concerns using existing tools and development of new tools to bridge gaps between sales agents, clients, and RRD.

    • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and implementing solutions.

    • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

    • Participate in meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings within internal/external groups.

    • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

    • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures and procedure documentation.

    • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

    • Managing competing resources and priorities.

    • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

    • Build effective relationships with stations and external customers.

    • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.

    • Must demonstrate professional behaviors at all times.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.
