This position is located in assigned Anderson County community locations and the Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Mental Health Center, 200 McGee Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Will serve as a Homeless Outreach Coordinator ensuring access, treatment, linkage and community integration for mentally ill homeless patients to improve level of functioning and management of psychosocial stressors in order to obtain stable housing. Must have the ability to independently work in the community. Must be able to develop community resources and community relationships with stakeholders. Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel between the assigned locations as required. Minimum and Additional Requirements State Requirements: A bachelor's degree and professional experience in human services or social services programs. Agency Requirements: A master's degree in guidance, counseling or the social sciences and one year's experience (excluding internships) is required to be considered for this position.
