Follow the status of your application on-line. Job Responsibilities The Department of Mental Health is a drug-free workplace. All candidates will be required to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test. This position is located within C.M. Tucker Nursing Care Center located at 2200 Harden Street. Serves as a role model for CNA Staff, orientating, developing, teaching and evaluating CNA Staff. Coordinates restorative programs, recommending residents for evaluation, scheduling activities, monitoring documentation and follow-up for selected residents. Plans and evaluates performance of selected CNA's. These positions require flexibility in your work hours to include weekends and holiday coverage. Minimum and Additional Requirements State Requirement: Experience in a relevant program area. Agency Requirement: A bachelor's degree; OR an associate degree in a related field and one (1) year of experience in a psychiatric facility; OR a high school diploma and two (2) years experience in a psychiatric facility; OR a tenth grade education and three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric facility. Must have SC Nurse Aide Certification for Long Term Care. Note: If any Agency Requirements are listed above, applicants must also meet those requirements to be considered for the position.
