Analyze customer materials, documents, and digital files for errors and resolve issues before releasing to manufacturing.  Distribute finalized materials and prepare billing information for all charges incurred on the job.  Perform post invoice audit to verify charges.  Maintain accurate records of customer files and materials.  May evaluate digital proofs for color correctness and quality.

• Prior quality and print industry experience is preferred

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• 5+ years of operations experience, including Financial Center experienced and 3years in Management.
• Broad knowledge of audit, accounting, bank operations, bank compliance, and information technology
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to interface with all levels of bank staff.
• Results oriented
• Must be highly-organized and able to manage many concurrent projects
