Test Cell Operator Virginia Beach, VA This could be the #1 opportunity of your career! This position is to tend production machines used to test completed power heads and to refill supplies at station that are required to operate testing machines. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Assembly, the position will be responsible to: * Removes powerhead from production line, making adjustments to powerhead settings to provide correct first test run responses. * Places powerhead in correct position in testing machine and performs tests following established procedures, watching for correct powerhead performance. * Removes powerhead and makes additional adjustments or makes adjustments while powerhead is in testing machine and runs and reruns pre-established testing procedures, watching for correct powerhead performance. * Transfers powerheads that passes all tests within predefined parameters onto production lines for packing or further processing. * Transfers failed powerheads to rework area, quality assurance or other area depending on the nature of problem. * Refills station supplies as needed to ensure efficient testing.
