Key items to review: Focus on US MAP price adjustment for Stryker devices only, suggest pricing change for CR Plus / CR2 and HeartSine devices Review global promotions and their results, meet with marketing managers to understand any outlying considerations, propose best promotions to use going forward. Compare / contrast Stryker US MAP against competitive device MAP and draw conclusions regarding adjustment of MAP pricing for devices over next two years. Using sales data, evaluate price structure for LIFELINKcentral AED Program Manager on a global basis, determine new price points and offers that will increase sales of program management over the next 3 years. Evaluate feasibility of leasing, rental and / or monthly service agreement offerings for devices and program management cross market segments.
