Gates is seeking a highly motivated intern for the Information Technology (IT) & Global Business Analytics and Data Warehousing Applications Team starting this summer. We are working on best in class Data Warehousing and ETL applications, modern platforms and undergoing some exciting transformation in our BI/EDW/MDM spaces.

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to support the team as well as examples of potential projects below:

• Rollout of SAP Hana DBaaS, in SAP Hana Enterprise Cloud
• Upgrade of Informatica ETL in AWS Cloud
• Rollout of MDM solution relevant to global BI & Analytics and to SAP S/4 blueprint

EDUCATION:

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree with a graduation date after December 2018
• Major in Information Technology Concentration with major in Data Science or Data Analytics

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• OLAP Database technologies
• AWS Cloud - Preferred
• C# and SQL Programing Languages
• Strong desire to develop a professional career within IT
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated technical ability with systems, excel and other related software
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex data
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn
