Summer Intern will support the Nlyte Sales a Carrier Company in working on sales tasks, prospecting research and calls, documentation development, proposal support, marketing, and presentation preparation, etc.
Looking for a career-driven student to take your first step into the world of corporate sales? Nlyte Software Inc, the leading DCIM software company is seeking an intern for a 10-week program for the Summer of 2022. Candidates must be able to think on their feet, take initiative to assist their team and be willing to contribute new ideas to already established processes. Interns will receive comprehensive training to prepare them for a rewarding sales career.
Candidates must be prepared to work 40 hours per week during this internship and are expected to be fully invested in the internship. We are seeking candidates who are committed to proving themselves in order to be strongly considered for a full-time Sales opportunity with Nlyte following graduation.
JOB OVERVIEW
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Assist with providing product information to prospective customers
Facilitate identification and qualifying potential prospects
Drive traffic to Nlyte seminars and online product demonstrations
Assist marketing with campaign strategies and the collection of leads
Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for sales management as needed
Assist Nlyte's Nlyte Sales and Marketing by organizing and carrying out sales-related projects
Perform sales operations and administrative duties as needed
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, majoring in any related production Engineering or Computer Science related fields of study
GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
COVID-19 vaccines will be required for all newly hired Carrier U.S. Salaried employees
Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred
Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week for 10 weeks
Ability to commute to our headquarters meeting locations in Northern Virginia
