Job Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator is a crucial role in customer satisfaction & operational efficiency. It will support the Operations and Planning teams by executing daily order-management, shipment-tracking, and supply-chain data updates. This role serves as a key communication point for the SCE planning email inbox, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed, ship dates are accurate, and risks to on-time delivery are identified and escalated. The Supply Chain Coordinator processes RMAs, updates work order release/completion timing, revises shipment commitments, and maintains accurate late-code and promise-date data within the ERP system. This position ensures product movement aligns with customer expectations and internal production schedules while supporting continuous improvement across planning processes.
Manage the State College planning email inbox and provide timely responses to internal customers
Ensure product delivery dates are met and escalate risks to missed shipments.
Process and track RMAs to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
Update revised shipment dates in the ERP system.
Update work order release and completion dates.
Maintain and update late codes, sales lead time metrics, and promise-date accuracy.
Collaborate across departments for alignment on order status and delivery expectations.
Support missed-shipment reviews with root-cause details and corrective actions.

The salary rate for this role is currently $39K-50K The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
