INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

The SCSLP Intern is an essential part of the pipeline of talent for Owens Corning. The SCSLP Intern is an essential part of our Supply Chain Sourcing Leadership Program where chosen interns may be selected for a full-time hire position into our accelerated leadership program.

This internship gives you an opportunity to gain valuable experience while working on a meaningful project that helps move the Supply Chain and/or Sourcing organization forward. You gain exposure to working in teams, networking, leading projects, presentations, and aiding in enhancing business while developing technical and analytical skills.

• Pursuing your Bachelor's degree, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent field, with an anticipated graduation date between May 2022 - December 2023
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Demonstrates the ability to work in teams and effectively problem solve
• Previous relevant internship/Co-ops in an operations setting preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to apply to learn, adaptability
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations

• Real work experience with challenging and meaningful assignments

• Opportunity to be selected for our 3 -year rotational leadership program that may include an international rotation
