We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college student to join our team for the summer of 2023. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience, and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.
As a Support Services intern you will gain experience including, but not limited to activities and tasks listed below:
Set up customer software and databases
Collaborate with cross-functional departments including internal and external sales personnel, Professional Services, Engineering, and Data Center teams to ensure that technical support issues are properly addressed including the use of the CAPA/CAR process.
Conduct monitor data conditioning of all records in databases within various platforms
Conducts shipment level data clean-up to ensure data integrity is preserved
Provide support to the end customer by uploading data through the ecosystem Engaging stakeholders and communicating progress
Use ticketing system and CRM to track & resolve all open customer issues.
Participate in Technical Service team process improvement activities designed to improve service quality and proactively address product/customer issues using the ACE methodology.
Review and execute existing procedures (Work Instructions) to ensure compliance with current practice and Sensitech's Quality System
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and proactive
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects

EDUCATION
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree program, majoring in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information System, or related field of study
GPA must be greater than or equal to a 3.0 GPA
Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred
