    In the role of Client Services Representative, we will be a strong advocate for our clients, both internal and external. The ideal person is going to have a Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL background, have excellent communication and organizational skills.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be a go getter! Take initiative when the opportunity presents itself.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
    • Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients.
    • Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
    • Prepare activity reports as required by managements and each client.
    • Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    • Personality: a dynamic, growth minded employee who is most comfortable being themselves!
    • At a minimum, at least one year of experience in a warehouse customer service environment preferred, a 3PL environment is strongly preferred.
    • Prior experience with warehouse technology as well as MS Suite products.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50lbs.
    • Specific vision abilities may be required for this role. These abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, as well as good depth perception.
    • Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Expectation is at least two hours straight, four times in an eight-hour day.
    • You will need to be able to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
    • Repetitive movements are a big part of our environment, so you will need to be able to use your hands and feet simultaneously.
    • This is a warehouse environment, so it consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot.
    • If you are operating Industrial Lift Equipment, you will need to be able to get on and off the equipment on a regular basis. Certain equipment may expose you to heights as well.
    • There can be exposure to loud noises and dust.
    • You will have regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving equipment.
