The focus of the position will vary during the year and require effective time management skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks when several projects occur in proximity to one another.  Our office has positive energy, a small staff, and many projects.  On any given day, it is important to be able to pivot with ease between tasks on the computer requiring focused attention and those requiring engagement with members of the public, students, or employees.

Coordinate events such as fundraisers, luncheons, donor receptions, ribbon cuttings, and dedications.  Assist in securing sponsorships and selling tickets for applicable events. DATABASE MANAGEMENT

Produce reports, queries, and export files for mailings and gift analysis.  Update records and remove inactive records.  Ongoing cleanup of the database will be required for effective prospect research and fundraising campaigns.

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of the LFCC Foundation/AVP Institutional Advancement.  Prepare board meeting materials and recording the minutes; maintain print files; greet visitors who come to the office; handle general phone inquiries; place work orders; and complete Foundation purchase requisitions.
