Carrier’s Sensors Program in Syracuse, NY, seeks a qualified undergraduate student candidate for a part-time position in 2021 (approximately 10 hours per week over the Fall semester).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Through field and laboratory testing, support development programs to evaluate, analyze, validate, and simulate new product concepts.

Education/Certifications:

• Engineering and computer science students enrolled in an undergrad or graduate program that has completed at least the freshman coursework.
• Candidate must possess a 3.0 Cumulative GPA (3.2 preferred)
• Preference is being given to the candidate from Syracuse University. This internship is a partnership between Syracuse University and their career center

Experience/Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presenting technical information.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently, organized, and able to follow directions well.
• Knowledge and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment are essential for success in this position.
