- Create and distribute all sorts of license keys for Kofax owned product in conjunction with internal defined timelines
- Order and deliver third party license products as purchased
- Define and manage licensing process for all current and new acquired business units
- Research and reconcile missing license entitlements in customer accounts through license entitlement management
- Obtain and upkeep knowledge of part numbers and parts set up by the products team for accurate license entitlement management
- Administration of correct license entitlements in customer/partner portal accounts
- Create and administer training and process documentation for the licensing teams
- Troubleshoot customer licensing issues in conjunction with the technical support team and/or sales as a non-technical resource
- Work with sales support on any technical license information required in relation to upcoming deals
- Consult with other teams regarding the impact that product, system, and sales changes have on licensing and document all necessary information for internal purposes
- Other product and site specific requirements such as handling export requirements, safety representative admin to ensure government requirements

Required Experience
- Commercial or technical education, level apprenticeship or bachelors
- Technical affinity
- Minimum conversational English skills (level First or equivalent)
- Any other language of advantage
- Ideally previous experience in licensing / order management
- Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SalesForce, CPQ and NetSuite experience of advantage
