Shift Coordinator is responsible for the management of all employees on designated shift and ensuring production throughput meets the defined metrics. The Shift Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and measuring performance metrics for employees on shift.

The Shift Coordinator must also be able to identify and implement workflow efficiencies, communicate and explain quality and throughput expectations to employees on a daily basis, and work effectively with department leads to ensure a strong leadership team.

SPECIFIC DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS

• Implement and ensure employees are meeting defined performance goals

• Effectively manage conflict resolution between employees

• Must have a high-level and deep understanding of Minted workflow to appropriately lead the shift and create an efficient flow of orders.

• Understand inventory levels and make notes of what is running low so new orders can be processed

__     Assist in CS responsibilities relating to rush requests and cancellation requests
