    As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager – Services, you will be responsible for positioning Professional Services as an integral part of solutions across the Kofax portfolio, throughout the buyer and customer journey.  You will create messaging that clearly demonstrates the value Professional Services deliver, including expedited time to go-live, accelerated ROI and improved solutions adoption.  You will have the technical skills to understand a wide variety of products and how they are augmented by various services offerings.

     

    Assume primary ownership and accountability for managing the service aspects of the product launch process, positioning, messaging, packaging and promotion of the services portfolio.  Driving services marketing strategies by understanding industry trends, the market, and competitive products and services is critical. 

     

    • Messaging and Positioning – clearly communicate the vision for Professional Services by creating compelling messages that demonstrate the value of combined product and services offerings.
    • Customer Advocate – understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and reflect those in internal and external communication
    • Campaigns – work with Demand Generation to promote a range of services including consulting, workshops, packaged offerings, training, etc. and measure, analyze, and report campaign conversion performance
    • Collateral Creation –presentations, webinars, videos, blogs, etc.
    • Sales Enablement – support selling efforts with the latest tools, messaging, and assets

    Required Skills

    • Relationships – build strong cross-functional relationships with Services, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Field Marketing, Demand Generation
    • Program Management – juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, deliver results
    • Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities for program and process improvements.

    Required Experience

    • 7-10 years experience in Product Marketing, including responsibility for services marketing.
    • Experience working with Professional Services or consulting organizations
    • Candidate must be well versed in general marketing principles and practices, including modern marketing platforms (automation, ABM, CRM), and have strong knowledge in business and technology.
    • Team player willing to pitch in to assist and support others
    • Strong presentation skills and confidence speaking before customers and large audiences
    • Minimal travel required
