  • Responsibilities

    JOB PURPOSE

    Responsibilities include managing and growing the current Kofax customer base as well as prospecting to build new Kofax customers. The Sr. Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing Federal Government accounts, and incoming new customer inquiries. The Sr. Sales Account Executive will be responsible for creating a consistent and sustainable pipeline of business opportunities and negotiating these deals through the sales cycle to a successful closure. The Sr. Sales Account Executive will also be responsible for effectively knowing, utilizing, leading, and coordinating all resources necessary to grow the company's total revenue.

    Required Skills

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

    • Experience and success selling enterprise software (minimum 5 years)
    • Prefer to have knowledge of Kofax product area specifically Ephesoft
    • Proven rolodex in the civilian sector
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Proven track record of quota achievement

    Required Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5 plus years of experience in enterprise software and/or BPM
    • Demonstrable sales and sales leadership experience and proven track record
    • Experience to build, develop and maintain a highly effective sales team
    • Experience with direct and indirect sales models
    • International outlook, autonomous, strong communication skills, strong leader, influential
    • Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
    • Successful quarterly and annual revenue performance in enterprise software
    • Attract, lead, and retain high performing team members
    • BS/BA or equivalent is required
